Hi, I’m Ashley.

Asking for help takes courage. It shouldn't come with unnecessary barriers.

I built my practice around the belief that the experience of reaching out matters just as much as the therapy itself. From returning phone calls to providing practical, collaborative care, my goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and respected from the very beginning.

Neurodiversity Affirming
I don't believe people need to be "fixed." Together, we'll understand how your brain works, identify what's getting in the way, and build practical strategies that fit your life instead of expecting you to fit someone else's.

Values that guide my work

Progress, not Perfection
Meaningful change happens one step at a time. We'll celebrate progress, learn from setbacks, and focus on building something sustainable rather than expecting perfection.

Therapy should fit you
There isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. If something isn't working, we'll adjust it. Therapy should fit the person—not expect the person to fit the therapy.

Asking for help shouldn’t feel uncertain
Reaching out takes courage. From your first email to your first session, I want the process to feel clear, responsive, and supportive because getting help shouldn't feel like another obstacle.

Collaboration
You know your life better than anyone else. My role isn't to tell you how to live it—it's to bring perspective, practical tools, and guidance as we figure out what works for you.
